The problem of developing countries in employment concerns on the small number of job opportunities, the high number of unemployment, low ability of labor, low wage rates, and social security. The purpose of this research is to implement an online labor market information system. With a system that is expected to provide information about work for job seekers. The study uses 6 (six) indicators based on the Van Meter and Van Horn models such as policy standards and objectives, resources, communication between organizations and strengthening activities, characteristics of implementing agencies, socio-economic and political conditions, and implementer dispositions. The research approach is a descriptive qualitative research method to observe the phenomena experienced by participants or actors and to gain an understanding of the implementation of online market information system. The findings of the study are that the obstacles are found from several indicators like policy standards and objectives, resources, socioeconomic and political conditions, and implementer dispositions. The writers conclude that the implementation of online market information system hasn’t been effective if it is connected to the indicators. It needs strong commitment from the implementer to understand and to monitor the implementation of online market

—The existence of the Taman Nasional Gunung Ciremai (TNGC) has the goals to give the benefits for surrounding society both directly and indirectly. There are two benefits provided by TNGC, both ecological and social benefits. Ecologically, the existence of TNGC gives the benefits to contribute ecosystem balances for the sustainability of organism and human beings so that the benefits can be enjoyed by the society around TNGC. Socially, TNGC gives the benefits for the sustainability of society in the area of Mount Ciremai. To create the symbiosis mutualism between the community and TNGC, the activity which aims to improve the ecosystem for the area of Mount Ciremai and the life of society should be conducted. The purpose of this research is to describe society participation in implementing eco farming in the supporting area of the Mount Ciremai National Park that can gives the benefits economically and ecologically. The method of this research is Participatory Action Research (PAR). It is participatory research encouraging the participation of society in implementing eco farming with demplot (demonstration plot) and the practice of the implementation of eco farming. This research was conducted in six months since the planning the activity until making the report of the activity. The findings of this research show that the level of society participation in implementing eco farming is good because the society has adequate information on eco farming and the awareness to implement it.

—The success of antiretroviral (ARV) treatment is inseparable from the patient's adherence in treatment. The level of non-adherence with taking ARV drugs is still high in Indonesia, which is around 21.03%. This study aims to analyse the role of patient characteristics, family support and peer / peer support for treatment adherence in people with HIV / AIDS (PLWHA) in the city of Cirebon. This study uses an observational study method with cross sectional design to see the factors that play a role in the level of adherence with treatment in PLWHA. Data collection is done by simple random sampling. The number of respondents was 108 people PLWHA from RSUD Gunung Jati city of Cirebon. The results of multivariate analysis with logistic regression showed that the factors most contributing to treatment adherence with PLWHA were peer support (p value = 0.008 and OR = 4.748), family support (p value = 0.019 and OR = 5.386) and age (p value = 0.074 and OR = 2.753). The conclusion drawn from this study is the role of group support, family support and young age for adherence to treatment for PLWHA in Cirebon.

—Legislative elections are a form of community participation in political development. Public participation in the elections is one of significant factors in the victory of a legislative candidate. This encourages a legislative candidate deciding manners to assemble public participation to win the election, includes by engaging methods that violate ethics and law. Community trend and participation in legislative elections in Indonesia have experienced a shift or different political approaches between new order regime and reforms era. The political power approaches do not result authentic community participation in legislative elections, whereas the mass society political approach produces genuine participation without unfavourable vote.

—This research based on the students who have a difficulty solving Sistem Persamaan Linear Tiga Variabel (SPLTV) problems. The difficulty can be seen from the mistakes made by students when solving SPLTV problems. Student mistakes result in learning obstacles when understanding and solving SPLTV problems. One factor causing this to happen is the lack of students' mathematical visualization abilities. This research aimed to determine the students' mathematical visualization abilities based on ontogenic obstacles. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method by identifying answer mistakes made by students when conducting a written test in the form of a description of the questions then the results of the answers are analysed according to learning obstacles that occur in students. The analysis was also strengthened by the answers of the students' interviews. The results showed that there were jumps in thinking experienced by students in the form of jumps from arithmetic thought patterns to algebraic mind-set. Which is a learning obstacle that is ontogenic obstacles. So in general students' mathematical visualization abilities based on ontogenic obstacles experienced by students are relatively low.

Papaya is one of the suitable plants cultivated in Indramayu Regency. This study determines the price transmission elasticity and marketing efficiency of papaya in Indramayu Regency. It applies an econometric model using producer and consumer monthly prices of papaya in Indramayu Regency from January 2012 to December 2016. The result shows that the price transmission elasticity of papaya marketing in Indramayu Regency is 0.921. It implies that papaya marketing structure is not applied in perfect competition market. The price transmission from consumers to farmers are asymmetric, so the price change at consumer level are not transmitted to the price at farmer level. It can be concluded that the papaya marketing in Indramayu Regency is not efficient. Weak farmers bargaining position leads to lower farmers' share. Therefore, it is important to strengthen farmers' institutions, especially in agricultural products marketing chain. There is a need for cooperation between farmers, farmers group and entrepreneurs (business partnerships) so that farmers are financially independent. It will broaden the opportunity to establish the market prices.

The results showed that there was a significant effect of doses of manure and organic herbicide concentrations on plant height of 14 DAP, 21 DAP and 28 DAP, number of leaves aged 21 DAP and 28 DAP, number of fruits per plant and per plot, fruit length per plant, fruit diameter per plant, fruit weight per plant and per plot (14,46 kg/plot), and wet weed per plot. The best results were shown in the combination treatment K (15 t/ha manure and organic herbicide 200 g/l) with an average yield of 14.46 kg/plot (36.15 t/ha).","PeriodicalId":305822,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Conference on Agriculture, Social Sciences, Education, Technology and Health (ICASSETH 2019)","volume":"54 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-04-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123028842","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Text structure has a pivotal role in reading comprehension. It can be visualized in the form of different diagrams. By recognizing the text structure, the students are expected to be able to improve their reading comprehension on exposition text. Brain-based learning model is a learning model that corresponds to the way the brain naturally designed for learning. The present of the study is to examine (1) the effectiveness of the brain-based learning model, (2) the influence of brain-based learning model towards students’ inferential comprehension, (3) the different influence of text structure towards exposition text reading comprehension. Grounded in quasi-experimental research with one group pretest and posttest design, this study provides a detail information of teaching reading via brain-based learning model. Sixty-four excellent students of grade VII SMPN Unggulan Sindang Indramayu grouped into the experimental group and the control group participated in this study voluntarily. Data collection include reading comprehension test and the data quantitatively analysed by statistical analysis. The results of this study showed that (1) brain-based learning model is effective, (2) brain-based learning model can improve students' inferential comprehension, (3) there are different influences of text structure toward reading comprehension of exposition text.
