Abstract
Proceeding from the Boltzmann kinetic equation of plasma, the Fokker-Planck-Landau (FPL) collision model of dusty plasma is derived in this paper as the effect of the external magnetic field is taken into account and the dielectric coefficient of full-ionized dusty plasma is acquired on this basis. Using the Transfer Matrix Method, the attenuation coefficients in different dusty plasma parameters and external magnetic fields are calculated. Results reveal that the dust concentration contributes to attenuation properties under the impact of external magnetization. Particularly, if the electron spins in the same direction as the polarized waves under the effect of the external magnetic field, a high attenuation peak and an associated attenuation band will appear at electron cyclotron frequency. These findings provide references for the research on the blackouts of hypersonic vehicles.
