Currently the function of collection of solid household waste presents considerable drawbacks, due to the deterioration of the state of the roads and the poor development of the Land Management Plan in the city of Villavicencio, especially in the neighborhoods of La Ceiba, Cedritos, La Desmotadora and Seis de Abril, where it is difficult for the collector vehicle to pass, causing a considerable increase in exercise time and dissatisfaction among the inhabitants of the sector.
