The impact caused by human activities turns the coast zones in vulnerable areas. That's why it emerges the need to develop a risk and vulnerability index. The objective of the investigation is to determine a risk index and vulnerability in function of the sea-coast superficial waters and socioeconomic factors in Isla Colon. The methodology got divided in three parts: determination of a sea Water quality, the threat analysis and vulnerabilities. As a result, it was obtained that the quality of Isla Colon coast zone water is a good quality and it is classified as a threat of anthropogenic type, with respect to flood and landslide threats the threat degree is 2. Analyzing the threats, it can be observed that the physic and environmental ones are in a moderated rank, the educational and the socioeconomic ones are in a low rank. In total the vulnerability is 2.6; therefore, it is obtained that that the risk and vulnerability index is 2.6. In conclusion Isla Colon presents a high vulnerability degree, it is recommended to implement mitigation and awareness measurements to the poblation to avoid that threats be of a higher impact, causing Major disasters and avoiding the resources contamination.

Conceptual Design of Technological Systems for the Mobility of Visual Impairment People in Indoor Buildings 室内建筑视觉障碍者行动技术系统概念设计

this article presents the conceptual design of electronic and communication systems to provide assistance in the mobility and orientation for visually impaired people in indoor environments of buildings, with the aim of contributing to their social inclusion. General conceptual design is presented, which involves the two types of ICT-based technologies proposed for the development of this work. The functionality of the applications that will be carried out in the Android OS and in iOS is presented, and the design of the radio frequency modules, which will be implemented in this work. Visually impaired people will use these devices, whose aim to provide technological aids for their mobility and orientation in interior environments.

A Bibliographic Review of the Importance of Carbon Dioxide Capture in Mangroves 红树林二氧化碳捕获重要性的文献综述

The mangrove forests that exist in the world, are extremely productive ecosystems, both in the sense of biomass and carbon storage. These mangrove forests store a large amount of carbon, not only at the above ground but also below ground, being in some cases larger carbon sequestration than other similar organisms. Due to this importance, the main objective of this research, is make an exhaustive bibliographic review of the state of the art of the importance of CO2 sequestration in mangroves, in the last 10 years, to do that, key words and strategies are identified. We obtain o total of 40 articles worldwide within the 2009-2019 period. We found that 63% of these studies correspond to the mangrove forests in the Asian continent. Finally, we conclude that studies like this provide an updated bibliography of the state of the art on the carbon sequestration in mangroves to the scientific community.

Optical Properties in Anodized Aluminum Oxide Films 氧化铝阳极氧化膜的光学性质

In this work were prepared samples of aluminum oxide, using electrochemistry technique of anodization obtaining different thicknesses. The morphology of the specimens was characterized through scanning electronic microscopy (SEM). The individual composition of the formed structure was determined using energy dispersive Rx (EDX) spectroscopy and optical properties of Nanoporous films were studied by measurements of transmittance in the region of ultraviolet visible. The diameter of the pores is approximately (22.6 ± 4.7) nm and depth of pores ranging from 9 to 54 mm. For all the prepared samples, the average transmittance in the region of the visible (400-700 nm) is around (50 - 74) %. The energy band gap is approximately in 6.5 eV indicating that exist unoccupied states due to vacancy of oxygen, which function as electron traps and hole.

Underwater Image Enhancement Using Dark Channel Prior and Image Opacity 使用暗通道先验和图像不透明度的水下图像增强

In this paper, we propose to validate the capabilities and limitations of the Underwater-ready Dark Channel Prior Algorithm. Also, a set of modifications of this algorithm are proposed for underwater images in different lighting conditions. In addition, a blurriness-based index is proposed, in order to confirm or not the use of any of the Dark Channel Prior modified algorithms.

Identification of Patterns of Electricity Consumption of the City of Panama Using Independent Component Analysis 利用独立成分分析识别巴拿马城的电力消费模式

In this paper, a procedure for the identification and analysis of time series patterns of electrical consumption using Independent Component Analysis (ICA) is presented. The load demand of Panama City is used from 2006 to 2018. With ICA, it is possible to identify its growth trend, weekly consumption cycles, periodic increases in consumption in the months of December and blackouts. ICA is presented as a method identifies these behaviors and presents them in a set of components without losing the representativeness of the data. In this way, ICA offers a deeper vision of electricity consumption with the aim of facilitating its modeling and forecasting.

Supply Chain Agility in Manufacturing Companies: A Literature Review 制造业企业的供应链敏捷性:文献综述

In a globalized world with a constantly changing demand, it's important that the companies can develop supply chain strategies that allow them to remain competitive. Supply Chain Agility (SCA) arises as an answer to this problem. The purpose of this article is to review and analyze the latest literature studies about SCA. Furthermore, know the principal drivers and enablers that increase the agility level and the pillars that each company followed to achieve agility. Because of this, it was required to review several specialized author/articles in agility and Supply Chain Management (SCM) concepts, as well as being actualized continuously with the various changes that occur in the areas investigated. For this study, 48 articles were analyzed from different databases, such as Scopus, Emerald Insight, Inderscience, Taylor & Francis, and Science Direct, with a publication range between the years of 2004 and 2018. With this, it is expected that manufacturing companies in Peru or other emerging countries begin to investigate more this strategy, with the aim to become more competitive companies globally.

Analyzing the Relationship between Temperature and Load Demand in the Regions with the Highest Electricity Consumption in the Republic of Panama 巴拿马共和国最高用电量地区温度与负荷需求关系分析

In this work, the relationship between temperature and the electrical consumption using load demand is analyzed. It is done using data from the two geographical areas with the highest percentage of consumption in the Republic of Panama: Metropolitan Region of Panama City and the Central Provinces. Data are analyzed with Regression Analysis and Wavelet Coherence. It is determined that in general, the power changes proportionally with the temperature, although not linearly, in all the years considered. Physical Properties of Semiconductor TCO-SnO2:F Thin Film 半导体TCO-SnO2:F薄膜的物理性质

A thin film of SnO2:F (FTO) semiconductor was deposited on a glass substrate using the spray pyrolysis technique. In the sample preparation, a solution of tin dichloride SnCl2·2H2O to which was added ammonium fluoride (0.15 wt. NH4F) was used in order to improve its optical and electrical properties. The films were deposited at a temperature of 475°C. A semiautomated deposition equipment allowed controlling the deposition process. The XRD study revealed that the film is polycrystalline in nature with a cassiterite type structure. The existence of microcrystals with an apparent size of 42.54 ± 0.8 nm and residual microtension in the percentage of 0.10323 ± 0.0028 was observed. The morphological study (SEM) revealed a compact and homogeneous substrate coating. The optical transmittance average in the visible region was 81.3%. The use of the Drude-Lorentz model showed that the film thickness and the optical band gap energy are 516 nm and 4.16 eV, respectively. Finally, the thermal characterization suggested that ρ practically does not change, showing a constant value of 1.56 x 10-3 Ω-cm in the temperature range of 0 to 130 ° C.
