The results of multiplelinear regression model to get that second variable is the communication and management ofemployee relations has a positive influence on employee performance PT. Bank Syariah MandiriBanda Aceh Branch. The coefficient of determination (R ²) were obtained at 0.712. 本研究的目的是衡量沟通和员工关系管理对PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri BandaAceh分行员工绩效的影响。本研究采用调查方法,而本研究的性质是描述性和研究类型是定量描述性。样本是PT.
