First, it is necessary to develop and distribute equipment that can be conveniently used in the field in order to promote the transition to education using the metaverse platform in maritime traffic education. Second, it is necessary to improve the system for accreditation of legal education, expand support for dissemination so that a metaverse platform that can receive universal maritime traffic education can be provided free of time and space constraints. Abstract
