Abstract

Steel wire rope is widely used in all walks of life due to its superior strength properties. The steel wire rope in the steel wire core conveyor belt is the skeleton material of the conveyor belt, and plays an important role in the entire conveyor belt. In this article, we studied the steel wire rope in the ST630 steel wire rope conveyor belt. In order to analyze the tensile behavior of the steel wire rope, the two ends of the steel wire rope are simulated in finite element analysis software.
