Based on the investigation data of Hg in Jiaozhou Bay in May, August and October of 1992, the horizontal loss amount, vertical diluted amount and vertical sediment amount of Hg in both surface and bottom layers were calculated and the block diagram model of Hg level and vertical change was determined by using change model of horizontal and vertical substance content that proposed by the author. The results showed that in May, August and October, the absolutely horizontal loss amount of Hg in the surface layer and bottom layer ranged from 0.004 to 0.029 μg/L, and the horizontally relative loss amount of Hg in the surface layer and bottom layer ranged from 16.00 to 72.50%. The Hg content in both the surface and bottom layer had an absolutely vertical diluted amount of 0.000-0.033 μg/L and a relatively vertical diluted amount of 0.00-82.50%. The absolutely vertical sediment amount of Hg in both the surface and bottom layer were 0.002-0.007 μg/L, and the relatively vertical sediment amount was 15.38-38.88%.The variation of horizontal loss amount revealed that in May, August and October, in the southeast of the bay or in the center of the Bay, whether the Hg content is provided by sources or not will result in relatively high horizontal loss amount of the surface layer. In May and August, there was no source of Hg in the center of the bay. No matter in the southeast of the Bay, the loss of Hg in the bottom layer was relatively low. In October, in the southeast of the bay or in the center of the Bay, there was no source of Hg content, but the loss of Hg content in the bottom layer was relatively high. The change of vertical loss amounts revealed that: in different waters, with the change of time, the vertical sediment amounts and vertical diluted amounts of Hg content in surface and bottom layer were mutually transformed.

Environmental pollution and climate deterioration caused by large-scale use of chemical energy are becoming more and more serious. The development of new technologies and new ideas such as energy Internet will change the physical architecture and information interaction mode of the power system, bringing new challenges to the operation of the power system. Driven by Internet technology, the energy Internet has become an inevitable trend of the development of traditional energy systems. In this paper, a set of multi-energy flow regulation and operation optimization model for the energy Internet is established. Combined with practical cases, the proposed model is dynamically simulated, and the multi-energy complementary strategies for the power side and the user side are discussed respectively. The study finds that, with the acceleration of industrialization, the rapid expansion of power grid scale, the increasing number of new lines, reconstruction and expansion, in order to ensure the security and reliability of power supply, the energy Internet multi-function complementary integration optimization is the inevitable choice for power grid system to improve efficiency and security.

With the rapid development of modern artificial intelligence technology, its practice and application in different fields has gradually developed, and the medical field is no exception. The application of artificial intelligence technology based on machine learning in ophthalmology is one of them. The eye image is fine, complex, and informative. The diagnosis results are often limited by the doctor's knowledge level and clinical experience, subjective, time-consuming and labor-intensive. The application of artificial intelligence technology of machine learning combined with computer in ophthalmology can greatly improve the diagnostic efficiency of ophthalmic diseases in clinical work and reduce the burden on ophthalmologists. This article aims to analyze the predictive value of postoperative visual acuity before cataract surgery based on the indicators of preoperative examination of cataract patients and the patient's living habits and disease cognition levels.

In this paper, we propose a new topology free model of social network information dissemination, IPM for short, based on the representation learning method. We construct two latent spaces: user influence space and user interest space. Each user and each propagation item are embedded to feature vectors in latent space. When the model predicts the probability of a user receiving a propagation item, it considers not only the influence from other users but also the user’s flavour for the propagation item. We calculate propagation probability according to the distance between vectors. Experimental results on real data show that the model can simulate diffusion and predict more accurately. It is superior to the state-of-the-art model in many metrics.

In the business scenario, the level of product pricing or customer preferences is not only affected by the individual attributes of the product or customer, but also by the interdependency of other products or customers. For example, a customer’s preference may be more similar to its closer neighbor. This research introduces a complete system of models to study the preference interdependency among individual products or customers, so that the matrix for describing interdependence can be introduced into this model. This paper used the general Spatial Autoregressive Regression (SAR) to study these preference interdependency, which cannot be modeled with other standard machine learning methods. Moreover, an improved iterative lasso regression method is introduced to perform variable selection in the presence of interdependence. These models were illustrated by studying factors affecting Washington D. C. housing prices, where the prices are proved to be highly related to geographic networks.

The outbreak of COVID-19 has become a public health emergency of international concern as global confirmed cases continue to grow. Harsh policies have been taken in both cities and rural areas. This article uses a modified SEIR model, counting asymptomatic infectious people and combined data from health authorities and simulation to analyze the efficacy of prevention and control measures. This paper also calculates the basic reproduction number of COVID-19. The uncertainty caused by asymptomatic infectious people is testified in this study. Under tense prevention and control measures, the epidemic of COVID-19 will be resolved soon in spite of the presence of asymptomatic infectious people.

In order to realize the real-time collection, real-time monitoring and mildew warning of the environmental parameters of stored tobacco leaves, a set of monitoring system of tobacco storage environment was built in combination with Internet of things and artificial neural network technology. The system uses temperature sensor, humidity sensor and carbon dioxide sensor as sensor data terminal, transmits data to master controller STM32F103 for off-line detection through Zigbee wireless module, and uses BP neural network to fuse sensor data on MATLAB. Then the fusion algorithm is transplanted to STM32F103 for off-line detection. Finally, the sensor data and fusion calculation results are uploaded to the cloud server through the WiFi module, real-time monitoring on the client side. The results show that the system has high precision and can realize the whole function design.

The automatic path planning method of spray robot has always been a challenging problem, especially for the mixed-line production of various workpieces. This paper discusses the self-acquisition technology of spray path based on the point cloud model of furniture. The coordinate relationship between the coordinate system of the spraying system and the adaptive adjustment of the pose are discussed for the point cloud pose of the furniture. The furniture surface path planning based on point cloud slices and edge spraying based on edge extraction technology were studied to obtain the ordered path point sequence and posture of the spray gun. Through the robot spraying experiment on flat furniture and complex curved furniture, the reliability of the algorithm is verified from the aspects of algorithm efficiency and spraying effect.

Aiming at the problem that the modulation category of Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) signal can’t be identified from the single-carrier signals and the Wavelet Packet Modulation (WPM) signals under the condition of low signal to noise ratio (SNR), a method of identifying OFDM signal based on hierarchical iterative support vector machine (SVM) is proposed. Firstly, based on the analysis of the high-order cumulant and double spectral envelope peak characteristics of wireless communication signals, three sets of two-dimensional feature vectors are constructed as input sample data of three-layer classifier. Secondly, a three-layer support vector machine classifier based on radial basis kernel function is designed. Thirdly, the hierarchical iterative method is used to train the classifier parameters, in which each layer is firstly trained and then the trained three-layer classifier is further trained by the overall iterative training to further optimize the parameters of the classifier. Finally, the classifier training process and OFDM signal recognition process are simulated and analyzed. The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively identify OFDM signals and the recognition accuracy is significantly improved at low SNR compared with the traditional methods.

This paper studies the problem of automatic identification of bar code in agricultural product tracing, because the protection of special products of agricultural products is conducive to the poverty alleviation of agricultural products and the increase of farmers’ income. In agricultural product traceability, what method is used. Firstly, the advantages of EAN / ucc-128 bar code are analyzed, and the characteristics of the mobile terminal in the bar code automatic recognition system are studied. Research shows that fast scanning barcode can reduce the storage space and identification time. Therefore, this automatic recognition system is very applicable in the actual process.
