For demonstration, a self-diplexing DRA operating at 1.8 GHz and 2.45 GHz was designed, fabricated and measured. Reasonable agreement between simulation and measurement can be observed. The diplexing function has been successfully implemented without introducing extra filters. Abstract

In this paper, a dielectric resonator antenna (DRA) with self-diplexing property is proposed for the first time.
