Abstract

The paper focuses on issues concerning institutional collaboration between universities, enterprises and governments. After conceptual framework is brought forward, an empirical analysis in China and two cases are discussed. Finally, the paper conclude that institutional collaboration between universities, enterprises and governments is critical to promote China’s innovation as well as supplying some hints for other countries’ innovation.
