To support such scenarios, we suggest two fundamental changes in process structure and control. Regarding structure, we move away from traditional process models towards process contexts, which can be organized around geographical locations. Regarding control, we move away from model-based control-flow towards dynamic activities defined by the participants as processes unfold. Abstract
