The teacher performance is the performance of the teacher. Therefore, the problem of teacher performance is not optimal because the teacher's commitment to their duties has not been carried out properly. In order to tie the performance of principal teachers, it is necessary to maximize academic supervision and create a good organizational culture. Based on this, this research's problem is whether academic supervision and organizational culture affect teacher performance in SMA Negeri Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The goal of this analysis is to assess the effects on teacher success in the SMA in Negeri Ogan Komering Ulu Regency of academic and organizational management. This research belongs to the type of correlational research. Samples of respondents to be used in the study at SMAN 1 OKU, SMAN 4 OKU and SMAN 5 OKU totaled 86 people. Cluster sampling is the method used in this analysis. Closed questionnaires, interviews, documentation and findings were included in the data collection methods used in this trial. Multiple regression analysis for data analysis. Abstract
