PAI Learning Management in Improving Student Learning Outcomes PAI学习管理在提高学生学习成果中的作用

This study aims at implementing and managing Islamic Education learning management in improving student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 1 Buay Sandang Aji, South OKU Regency. The research design used a qualitative research design. The data collection tools used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used qualitative analysis techniques including data, data reduction, data presentation, and data collection and verification. The results of the analysis in this study show that several things that have been made to improve the quality of Islamic education learning at SMA Negeri 1 Buay Sandang Aji cannot be separated from all the roles of teachers, management of Islamic learning at SMA Negeri 1 Buay Sandang Aji has been running properly.

The Impact of Academic and Organizational Supervision on the Teacher Performances in the State High School in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency 学术和组织监督对奥根科莫林乌鲁县公立高中教师绩效的影响

The performance of the teacher is the consequence, performance and execution of the duties of a teacher as a teacher and trainer for its pupils. The teacher performance is the performance of the teacher. Therefore, the problem of teacher performance is not optimal because the teacher's commitment to their duties has not been carried out properly. In order to tie the performance of principal teachers, it is necessary to maximize academic supervision and create a good organizational culture. Based on this, this research's problem is whether academic supervision and organizational culture affect teacher performance in SMA Negeri Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The goal of this analysis is to assess the effects on teacher success in the SMA in Negeri Ogan Komering Ulu Regency of academic and organizational management. This research belongs to the type of correlational research. Samples of respondents to be used in the study at SMAN 1 OKU, SMAN 4 OKU and SMAN 5 OKU totaled 86 people. Cluster sampling is the method used in this analysis. Closed questionnaires, interviews, documentation and findings were included in the data collection methods used in this trial. Multiple regression analysis for data analysis. The findings have shown that academic supervision in SMA Negeri Ogan Komering Ulu Regency has an effect on teacher success, The teaching success at SMA Negeri Ogan Komering Ulu Regency was affected by organizational culture, and Academic Supervision and organizational culture had a together on teacher performance in SMA Negeri Ogan Komering Ulu Regency.

The digital era is afraid of quality or quality competition, all parties in various fields, one of which is the field of education. In the field of education, the contributions made by school principals and teachers are crucial in improving the quality of formal education. Teachers are required to be able to carry out the learning process as well as possible. This study aims to see and describe the contribution of principal and teacher leadership in improving the quality of learning at SMA Negeri 2 Ogan Komering Ulu. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data analysis used is to describe the data collected in the form of words, pictures, and not numbers. Data derived from manuscripts, interviews, field notes, documents, and so on, are then described so that they can provide clarity on reality or reality. Based on the research results it is known that; The role of the principal can run well because the stakeholders in SMA Negeri 2 Ogan Komering Ulu work together in improving learning and the efforts of teachers to improve the quality of education related to three things, namely student learning, cooperation with parents, and student morals.

The Correlation Among Language Learning Strategies, Learning Attitude and the Eighth Grade Students’ Reading Achievement 语言学习策略、学习态度与八年级学生阅读成绩的相关性研究

The study is concerned the relationship between language learning methods, reading attitude, and the reading achievement of State Junior High School 3 PALI 8th grade students. The goal is to decide if there is a connection between language learning strategies, reading attitude, and reading achievement. This is a quantitative analysis that used a correlation research design. In this study, 30 students of the 8 grade students of state junior high school 3 PALI in the academic year 2020/2021 were chosen as sample through cluster random sampling. The correlation analysis design was used in this study. Questionnaires were used to collect data, and the experiments were evaluated using the Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis. The study's findings revealed a favorable relationship between language learning strategies and reading achievement, reading attitude and reading achievement, language learning strategies and reading attitude, and the final relationship between language learning strategies, reading attitude, and reading achievement.

The Effect of Work Motivation on Elementary School Teachers’ Performance 工作动机对小学教师绩效之影响

This study aims to determine: 1) the role of teachers in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, 2) the determinants of the 2013 curriculum implementation, 3) the optimization of the role of teachers in the curriculum 2013. The results showed that the role of teachers at SD Negeri 1 Rantau Sialang in implementing the 2013 curriculum, namely teachers as implementers, adapters, curriculum developers, and curriculum researchers. The teacher is not only the implementer of the curriculum but also the alignment of the curriculum with the characteristics and needs of students and regional needs. The supporting factors in the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum at SD Negeri 1 Rantau Sialang include the availability of facilities and infrastructure such as syllabus, lesson plans, teacher handbooks, and student textbooks. Inhibiting factor, namely the unpreparedness of the 2013 Curriculum. This is because there are still many obstacles and obstacles. However, SD Negeri 1 Rantau Sialang itself is ready or not ready to implement the 2013 Curriculum in compliance with the orders of the Ministry of Education and Culture. Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum can optimize the role of teachers in SD Negeri 1 Rantau Sialang. This must be adapted to the material to be taught and the conditions of the students themselves when participating in the teaching and learning process.
