Abstract

This article is mainly to utilize the flow network analysis to calculate the system reliability, so as to assess the service quality of electronic transactions conducted by commercial banks. Banks rely on telecommunication networks leased from telecommunication companies for electronic transaction services. The telecommunication company offers the steady telecommunication network, which is one of the key factors of influencing the electronic transaction service of the bank. In this article, one of the top three banks in Taiwan is taken for case study.
