Issue of forming of the uniform digital platform of the system of pricing in construction

Abstract

The article is devoted to the matters of the creation and development of the uniform digital platform of the system of pricing in construction (FGIS CS), contains characteristic of its contents and structure, of the stages of the system forming, as well as the information on dynamics of the uses registration and the database filling. The benefits which are brought by FGIS CS within reforming of the system of budget pricing in Russia are listed. At the same time, the matters of argument and disadvantages of the FGIS CS system are revealed. The conditions, which are to be complied to make the positive impact on the construction industry possible, are named.
