Abstract

In this work, we present a device that performs the 4 following functions: fluidic handling of biological cells suspension, electrical manipulation of cells by dielectrophoresis, cell culture and electrical impedance detection of adherent cells. Microfabrication process of the device, a hybrid glass/metal/PDMS structure, is detailed.
