Bank branch electronic transformation

Abstract

This paper presents the possibilities of using new types of banking transactions using the so-called BTAPI service, through migration from conventional to smart ATMs. BTAPI was developed as a service for the integration of multifunction ATMs with the Core Banking System for the needs of bank branch electronic transformation. Methodology that follows this transformation is based on the best features and benefits of a unified development process with the introduction of numerous principles of the agile software development. The proposed solution necessarily leads to additional unloading of the counters, automation of transactions, improvement of services to users, significant cost savings, attracting new ones as well as retention of existing clients.
