The system can double the transmission rate by using several sets of orthogonally polarized antennas to transmit two digital television signals. The orthogonal polarization isolation XPI of the polarized antenna is measured to be about 20-23 dB. The signal can be transmitted normally without mosaic when receiving outdoors. Abstract
This paper introduces a digital television transmission system using polarization diversity.
