The paper emphasizes on the development web crawling application based on dark net. The aim of this system is to be able to retrieve data from dark net forums with given URL and keyword. To able to gain data accurately based on the expected output, the precision of data output has been increased by implementation of data filtering. The data obtained can be reserved in multiple file format for future research and development purposes.
