On this basis, the Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition was used to investigate the regional differences and influencing factors of coordinated development of urban-rural integration and ecological environment in China in depth. It is found that: (1) The overall trend of urban-rural integration and ecosystem resilience level is on the rise, but there are obvious divergent characteristics. (2) The coordinated development level of urban-rural integration and ecosystem resilience is lower in western and northeastern China. (3) At the national level, the relative difference in the coordination level between urban-rural integration and ecosystem resilience is gradually decreasing, but the gap between regions is increasing. Regional differences are still the reason for the difference in the coordination development level. Abstract

城乡一体化与生态系统弹性协同发展研究
为了分析中国城乡一体化与生态环境协同高质量发展的现状、区域协调水平的变异及其影响因素,本文选取2004-2020年中国30个省区的面板数据,采用熵值法分别测度城乡一体化与生态环境的发展水平。在此基础上,运用达格姆基尼系数分解法,对中国城乡一体化与生态环境协调发展的区域差异及影响因素进行了深入研究。研究发现:(1)城乡一体化和生态系统弹性水平总体呈上升趋势,但存在明显的差异特征;(2)西部和东北地区城乡一体化协调发展水平和生态系统恢复能力较低。(3)在国家层面上,城乡一体化与生态系统恢复力协调水平的相对差异在逐渐减小,但区域间的差距在不断增大。区域差异仍然是造成协调发展水平差异的原因。因此,政府应加大城乡一体化和绿色发展战略的实施力度,加大区域协调发展战略的实施力度。
