The need to develop project-embedded ADR coaches and to raise the level of agile maturity to reduce missteps drove the need for internal coach training. This paper covers the performance objectives, the concept of a meeting-driven training approach, and the key agile topics in the training. Some of those are “stock” Scrum process. The more interesting ADR modules covered in depth are those with specific adaptations for SBD.
