According to the proposed estimation method, the delivery date and cost of the two projects with different uncertainties were compared by changing the degree of communication. As a result, it was confirmed that the effect of improving communication can be grasped quantitatively. Abstract

In recent years, with the progress of economic globalization, corporate and social activities have shifted from vertical integration to horizontal integration. Therefore, the number of collaborative projects in which multiple organizations collaborate is increasing. In such projects, communication between organizations is often a factor in success. Therefore, in this paper, a method for estimating the effect of improving communication between different organizations was examined for collaborative projects with high uncertainty. Since the project is highly unique, the Systems approach focusing on the structure of the project was used as the estimation method.
