Abstract

This paper describes the theoretical analysis and experimental verification of voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) that overcomes the past attempts to combine wideband VCO and Phase-Locked-Loop (PLL) in one small package (0.6×0.6 inches) for configurable frequency synthesizer operations.
