Theresultshowsthatemployeeswithspecific,complicated,andchallengingobjectivewillbemore willingtosharetheirknowledgetootheremployees,particularlywhenfacingnewjobandtarget. Furthermore,theresultofthestudyexplainsthatsharingideaofimprovementwillencouragemore dynamicteamworkandhelpeachotherinsolvinganyproblems.
