Abstract

基于神经网络的轮速传感器环齿表面缺陷检测
针对目前汽车零部件行业中轮速传感器环齿人工检测效率低、速度慢的问题,提出了一种基于神经网络的轮速传感器环齿表面缺陷检测方法。该方法基于单隐层BP神经网络模型,并采用LM算法对网络进行训练以达到稳定性,结合各种齿环表面缺陷的图像特征参数进行缺陷类型识别。对轮速传感器环齿的表面缺陷检测结果表明,该方法的缺陷分类准确率在94%以上,每个环齿的检测时间小于4s。检测结果优于人工目视法。
