About risk assessment of economic interactions in the spatial systems

Abstract

Options for development of transmission mechanisms and the institutions that ensure interaction of the spatially limited economic systems under the conditions of external parameters changing of functioning are studied. Potential possibilities of the complexly organized systems of interaction building are shown. Methodological tasks are formulated for applying the theory of economic risks and the theory of catastrophes to the formal aspects of institutional organization of interaction of the local structures. The need to complicate the assessment of regional risks in the context of potential changes in the relationship between the Russian Far East and neighboring countries is determined.
