So, the administration of human resources has also seen an extensive application of blockchain technology. Abstract

A requirement for any corporation to successfully embrace & execute the Fourth Industrial Revolution is the use of information technology (IT) in the area of human resource management (HRM) platforms (Industry 4.0). These techniques are required to provide an environment that is impartial, effective, transparent & secure. Blockchain a decentralized distributed ledger-based technology can make it easier to implement these requirements successfully. This study aims to determine the current state of application usage of blockchain technology in the area of human resource management.
