Abstract

ABSTRACT The main purpose of this study is to examine the effect of charismatic leadership on affective organizational commitment of employees in accommodation establishments and to measure the mediating effect of work engagement in this relationship. A questionnaire was conducted to collect data. Questionnaires were conveyed via e-mail, and 481 applicable questionnaires were gathered.
