Abstract

There are several ways to generate single phase SPWM wave, in this paper, we put forward a type of single phase SPWM wave generating method based on counter method, through the FPGA implementation. It can realize the control of the output pulse width by using look-up table method to determine the value of the counter and changing the value of it. The method describes the SPWM waveform generator hardware structure using Verilog HDL language based on the design platform ModelSim. The simulation results prove it is feasible that the FPGA counter method generates SPWM wave.

基于计数器法的单相SPWM波的原理与实现
产生单相SPWM波的方法有很多种,本文提出了一种基于计数器法的单相SPWM波产生方法,并通过FPGA实现。利用查表法确定计数器的值并改变计数器的值,可以实现对输出脉宽的控制。该方法基于ModelSim设计平台,利用Verilog HDL语言描述SPWM波形发生器的硬件结构。仿真结果证明了FPGA计数器产生SPWM波的方法是可行的。
