The basis for developing the intelligent control system (ICS) of DEN with stochastic generation is an approach based on a distributed multi-agent control system (MACS). The main advantages of MACS are openness and scalability. A block diagram of a DEN operating on the IoE principle is presented. The set of agents has been developed for DEN ICS.
