Firstly, the hierarchical structure of reducer is divided, and then three-dimensional parametric design models are established in Inventor according to the characteristics of components, and parameter associations are established to realize the parametric design of reducer. Parametric design process integrates parameter calculation, design rules, selection methods and parametric modeling, etc. Only by inputting basic parameters, the modified design of products can be completed.
