CONFLITO DE INTERESSES NO ÂMBITO PARLAMENTAR: ANÁLISE SOBRE O CONSELHO DE ÉTICA E DECORO PARLAMENTAR DA CÂMARA DOS DEPUTADOS DO BRASIL

Abstract

Conselho partidos apontaram que há uma tendência de poupar aliados e atacar adversários políticos, sugerindo a concorrência de interesses pessoais com o interesse público, podendo caracterizar a ocorrência de conflito de interesses, abrindo caminho para a discussão de novos modelos alternativos de conselhos.
