Abstract

Because of the adverse effect of Doppler-shift (frequency offset) to the measure and control signal, this article describes a novel method for the correction of the Doppler-shift in the received signal based on Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT). It presents the results of computer-simulation tests to measure the time taken to correct the Doppler shift at a very low signal-noise ration.
