Oil is extensive involved in industry chain, it is obvious that the oil price shocks could affect all aspects of our production and life through the industry-chains' transmission. Based on the nature of the shocks, we would decompose them into four different types, analyze the transmission mechanisms on some typical industries which in Chinese industry-chain. According to the researches about the influences on typical industries brought by these different shocks, we could find that: because of the various transformation or transference abilities of oil price on industry-chain, different industries in the chain would encounter different impacts; especially the supply oil shocks on the typical sectors are greater than others.

In this paper, an SEIRS epidemic disease model with double delays of latent period and immune period is formulated, and the global dynamics behaviors of the model under pulse input and vaccination are analyzed. By use of the stroboscopic map, an `infection-free' periodic solution is obtained, and the global attractivity of the `infection-free' periodic solution is given.

This paper is located in the arena of Masters-level accounting module with sixty seven registered students in England. It is concerned with identifying and exploring students' perceptions of influences, both positive and negative, of three specific e-learning components upon their learning experiences. The components are vote clickers, digital ink applications, and lecturecasts. The findings inform educators and module designers in the pursuit of the development of new blended learning modules, against a backdrop of increasing student expectations, and particularly so in the context of the high level of fees for post-graduate programmes. Students surveyed total sixty seven with forty five responses (67.2%). Data are collected through an on-line survey. The survey questions are derived from two focus groups using semi-structured interviews, with the interview themes informed from a literature review. The students in the focus groups are also stratified representatively. Data are analyzed and explored using absolute and relative frequencies. The exploration generates findings suggesting the vote clickers and digital ink innovations are perceived as enhancing the learning experience, but with mixed perceptions regarding lecturecasts, with lessons for educators.

This paper presents summertime measurement data of air temperature, globe temperature and pavement surface temperature in the pedestrian street in a southern city (Nanning) of China. Thermal comfort and solar shading effect in the passage space of arcade buildings were analyzed. Characteristics of air temperature variation were also discussed. Based on analysis results, effective strategies were proposed for improving the thermal environment in the pedestrian street.

Nowadays wireless Mobile positioning and IM (Instant Messaging) have been widely applied worldwide, but by far there are no public researches or applications which combine the two above together. In this paper we present a new approach of location service system which realizes location-based mobile IM chatting functions. We design and develop this system on the platform of J2ME/Servlet, first apply LL-TOA (the uplink time of arrival) of base station for positioning the mobile phone, and then employ the WTK (J2ME Wireless Toolkit) to display the interface and achieve the IM function based on the user's location. This system provides a brand-new experience of location and communicating services, and brings a high economic and market prospect.

This paper introduces the Comprehensive utilization of symmetric difference methods and background subtraction[1, 2] for moving vehicle detection. Firstly build a reliable background update model, and then combine the basically accurate foreground image got from background subtraction with difference image got from symmetric difference. Finally get the reliable image of moving target, so that the mobile vehicles can be detected from video sequence.

Based on the researches of site quality evaluation and plants community succession investigation on land for coal gangue dump (LCGD) in Fushun mining area, the multi-function vegetation recovery techniques were put into effect on LCGD in Fushun mining area. Firstly the standard fields were chosen and the soil environmental factors were investigated. Then the vegetation population distribution was systematically investigated and analyzed so that the suited vegetation populations for recovery were selected and planted on the standard fields. By tests, the key recovery techniques were generalized including artificial planting grass, grass conservation and reforestation. Finally it was found that the afforestation on LCGD improved the ecological environment in Fushun mining area. The improved effects were introduced and discussed. The research results were not only practical meaningful for recovery and recultivation of LCGD in Fushun mining area, but also theoretical meaningful for vegetation recovery of LCGD in other mining areas in China.

With the development of the urban grid, there are increasing numbers of grid bidirectional power supply and Multi-power supply modes. Loop Closing operation in Distribution Network becomes more and more frequent. This paper focuses on loop closing operation in Distribution Network with impact current calculation methods. We make a research on cyclized loop automatic search; generate the deployment of the integrated model, closing loop layout show and the impact of the closing loop current calculation method. As a result, we come out the impact of current calculation methods in deployment of the integrated model. The method avoids the analysis based on the separate distribution network model, eliminates the error by transmission and distribution model of alternating iterations, and thus to ensure high accuracy.

On the basis of literature analysis and open questionnaires and interview, the theoretical model of undergraduate's learning ability was ascertained. 1215 undergraduates were tested. The questionnaire of undergraduate's learning ability was developed by item analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. 50 items of questionnaires have been reserved, including four factors, i.e., analytic capacity and productive capacity, knowledge capacity and transfer capacity, executive capacity, and enhancement capacity. The questionnaire was proved to be of good reliability and validity so it is suitable for testing the characteristics of learning ability.
