Total phenolics of the extracts from lady’s mantle were also analyzed. Abstract

The study was aimed to evaluate the inhibitory activity towards angiotensin converting enzyme I (ACE-I), antioxidant capacity and phenolics of Alchemilla vulgaris (lady’s mantle) naturally grows in Turkey. 本研究旨在评价土耳其天然产金缕草对血管紧张素转换酶I (ACE-I)的抑制活性、抗氧化能力和酚类物质。本文采用羊羊膜水提液对羊肺中纯化的血管紧张素转换酶I进行酶抑制实验。此外,还采用Trolox等效抗氧化能力(TEAC)和DPPH测定法监测甲醇和水溶液提取物的抗氧化特性。并对其总酚类物质进行了分析。我们的研究结果表明,枸杞对血管紧张素转换酶I的抑制作用可能具有重要的抗高血压作用。
