The paper draws its focus on Gen Z and Gen Y in India who are technology savvy and leverage social media which is a global platform for sharing information. Abstract

The Purpose of this paper is to bring forth the comparative analysis of Gen Z and Gen Y and the influence social media technology in the modern business environment.
