Abstract

The high penetration level of photovoltaic distributed generation (PVDG) units in distribution networks can violate system limits and cause asset congestion (in lines and transformers). This work proposed a fuzzy controller to mitigate the congestion by controlling the PVDG power that has an impact on the distribution networks.
