A comprehensive system to evaluate the proposed improvement projects is presented, which allows determining the priority of the project in improvement activities. Abstract
A method to implement improvement projects in the lean manufacturing management system (LMMS) of a military-industrial complex enterprise (MIC) is proposed, which is developed on the basis of the scientific and methodological apparatus of the modern theory of lean manufacturing (LM), as well as on the principles of scientific labor organization and project management.
