Abstract
basics of nanotechnology. Formation of subject nanotechnological competence has to become a result of learning selected issues of the basics of nanotechnology at physics lessons. The article focuses on the use of non-traditional teaching methods (methods of problem-based learning, interactive methods, project method) when studying relevant issues of nanotechnological topic. Originality . The selected issues of the basics of nanotechnology at physics lessons in the 9 th form and methodical recommendations for teaching them have been presented in the article for the first time. Conclusion . We have drawn a conclusion that the including the selected issues of the basics of nanotechnology in school course of physics will contribute to the formation of students’ physical picture of the world that corresponds to the current level of development of science and technology.
