For the measurement of the aptitude of teachers of both cadres, Dahiya & Singh's Teaching Aptitude Test (2004) was used. For the analysis of data, Mean score and z-test was used. The results revealed that ESTs had greater teaching aptitude than SSTs. However, the difference between the teaching aptitudes of ESTs and SSTs is insignificant. Similarly, male ESTs had a low-level teaching aptitude than male SSTs. 学校教师教学能力的比较分析
