The purpose of this research is to describe the effectiveness of online learning models during the COVID-19 pandemic. This type of research is a quantitative research with a non-equivalent control group design research model of experimental design (quasi-experiment). The subjects in this study were SMK Negeri 1 Siantar. Various populations in the research conducted were students of class X with a total of 68 people. The data analysis technique is through the Normality-Gain Test N Gain dan T-Test in both sample groups. The N-gain value in the experimental class was 53.77%, while the control class had the N-gain value of 59.30%. Based on the results of the T-test there are significant differences between student learning outcomes with synchronous learning methods and asynchronous learning methods. 摘要:新冠肺炎疫情对当今时代的教育方面产生了重大影响,导致各种变化,特别是教师的教学策略和教学方法出现了变化。在线学习方式是疫情期间按照规定开展的学习方式。本研究的目的是描述在线学习模型在COVID-19大流行期间的有效性。这类研究是一种定量研究,采用非等效对照组设计的实验设计(准实验)研究模式。本研究的研究对象为SMK Negeri 1 Siantar。所进行的研究的不同人群是X班的学生,总共68人。数据分析技术是通过两个样本组的正态性-增益检验N增益和t检验。实验班的氮增益值为53.77%,对照组的氮增益值为59.30%。根据t检验的结果,同步学习方法和异步学习方法的学生学习结果存在显著差异。使用视频会议的同步方法的有效性水平发生,因此同步方法的实施可以提高学生的学习成果。
