Mainly, power quality involves different issues like sag, swell, power factor variation, power pollution due to harmonics and lots more. The uses of power electronic loads (non-linear loads) are the main cause of such issues. Here power factor variation one of the main power quality issues is being considered which rises in a PV grid connected system. To check variations in power factor fuzzy logic control is implemented with a DC-DC boost converter. The power factor is calculated for 3 phase and simulation was carried out using MATLAB/SIMULINK.
