Toward innovative firm under Total Innovation Management

Abstract

In the context of globalization and network economy, the development of Chinese enterprises rely more and more on innovation management. This paper gives an introduction of Total Innovation Management theory, which is a useful theory and has large application value on Chinese enterprises' practices. In addition, this paper analyzes the case of Hangzhou Honyar Company according to the Total Innovation Management theory framework and describes the innovation practices and innovation development path of Hangzhou Honyar Company.
