Abstract

The paper describes methods and techniques of synchronized space-vector pulsewidth modulation (PWM), providing symmetry (quarter-wave symmetry and/or half-wave symmetry) of the output voltage waveforms of modulated voltage source inverters for adjustable speed drives.
