On this basis, taking the optimal economic benefits, resource allocation fairness and demand satisfaction index as the objectives, and taking the upper limit of trading volume and the balance of electricity and electricity as constraints, the paper puts forward a strategy suitable for multilateral electricity trading. Abstract

Northeast China is an important birthplace of China's power market reform. The development of its power market trading mode is of great significance to the deepening and promotion of China's power market reform. 东北地区省际多边电力交易策略研究
东北地区是中国电力市场化改革的重要发祥地。其电力市场交易模式的发展对深化和推进中国电力市场化改革具有重要意义。因此,本文以东北地区为例,分析当前省际多边贸易市场的特征,探讨东北地区省际多边贸易规模的影响因素。结合东北地区电网结构和资源禀赋特点,建立了东北地区多边贸易电力的计算模型。在此基础上,以最优经济效益、资源配置公平性和需求满意度指标为目标,以交易量上限和电量平衡为约束,提出了适合多边电力交易的策略。最后,用东北电力市场的实际数据验证了该策略的有效性。
