As a new business model, crowdsourcing innovation is widely used for enterprises to complete innovation tasks by the external crowds. To achieve the multi-win goal, the enterprises, the external crowds and crowdsourcing platform make an alliance and co-create value. Based on the third-party platform crowdsourcing innovation model, this paper proposes that the essence of crowdsourcing innovation is the value co-creation of multi-agent participation. Based on grounded theory, this paper constructs the theoretical model of the realization mechanism of multi-agent participation value co-creation in crowdsourcing innovation from the three parties’ perspective. This research finds that the influencing factors of value co-creation include six factors: task attributes incentive mechanisms, trust mechanisms, platform supports, participation motivation and diversities. The process of value co-creation includes resource integration and interaction. The results of value co-creation include three elements: innovation value, knowledge value, and relationship value.

The construction of second airport will help Chengdu to transform from a "domestic transportation hub" to an "international regional transportation hub", hence to leading the development of airport economy, and it is important to study the development strategy of airport economy under Chengdu's "two airports in one city" mode. This paper considers the price competition of two homogeneous air routes under the "two airports in one city" mode. Based on the Bertrand model, the competitive relationship of homogeneous air routes is constructed. Under Nash equilibrium, the optimized competition decisions of the two homogeneous air routes are solved. Hence, studies the influence of government behavior on the development of airport economy based on air routes competition. The results shows that the ticket price is positively correlated with the original demand of the two airports and negatively correlated with government subsidies. The development of airport economy is positively correlated with the government subsidies. However, when the development of airport economy is lower than a certain level, the air routes’ subsidies will decline government’s tax income, in this case, the government's optimal decision is not to subsidize.

The establishment of the Single African Air Transport Market is of great significance to the liberalization of international air transport market. Based on this background, this paper studies the effect of the liberalization of China and the Single African Air Transport Market by using the expanded gravity model. It is found that the relaxation of the clause of capacity, the fifth freedom traffic rights and code sharing can promote the development of the air transport market between China and the Single African Air Transport Market, which implies that the aviation authority can promote the bilateral cooperation between China and Africa by expanding the relevant air traffic rights.

Building model mainly refers to the three-dimensional model. It transforms the architectural drawing from two-dimensional plane graphics to three-dimensional spatial model, and further associates the information of building size, cost, progress, materials, quality, contract and management with the three-dimensional model, and forms a data-based multi-dimensional model tool for project management. It can share building information and improve the efficiency of project management. With the continuous development of building information model (BIM), the depth of its development and utilization in teaching gradually increases. The development and utilization of building information model for teachers, students and enterprises engaged in engineering teaching can promote the process of information construction industry in an all-round way. The establishment of BIM Engineering Technology Research Center provides stable technology, talents and funds for the informatization process of construction industry, and promotes the upgrading of construction industry.

As a major province of marine economy and marine science and technology, Shandong has always attached great importance to the development of the marine industry, and has made remarkable and outstanding achievements in recent years, but there is still a certain gap between the goal of building a strong marine province. This paper investigated and analyzed how did supercomputing technology promote the development of ocean big data and information industry in Shandong Province. Finally, according to the problems facing today, we proposed corresponding strategies with a view to providing a valuable reference for relevant departments in making scientific decisions.

BIM Technology is the mainstream direction of modern engineering construction development. This paper studies the emergency evacuation simulation method based on BIM Technology, which integrates the fire dynamic simulation, emergency evacuation, and BIM technologies. It carries out emergency evacuation simulation for the Optical Fiber Waveguide Center of laser fusion research center, CAEP. Optical Fiber Waveguide Center located in Chengdu industrial park is the first research building designed and managed by BIM Technology in laser fusion research center which serves for Shenguang high power laser facility at Mianyang. This research work finds out the technical route for developing and promoting the application of BIM Technology in safety production management for high power laser facility. It also gives important reference for the safety production and information management for large-scale scientific devices built by CAEP and helps the precise design for the future high power laser facility for China.

During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the rapid growth of air traffic flow, so that the air traffic control industry is facing great pressure. The contradiction between flight flow support capability and airspace capacity is increasingly prominent, North China is under increasing pressure to secure flights. The existing air traffic control service as the core of the operation management mode is no longer competent. A relatively independent, professional and systematic flow management system covering all aspects of flight operation is an inevitable requirement to ensure the safe, orderly and efficient operation of large-scale air transport system. From the perspective of flow management system construction, this paper expounds the construction background, construction content and technical innovation direction of the project. Air traffic control departments make full use of new technologies, new equipment and new control means to continuously tap the control potential and improve the comprehensive support capacity of air traffic control through scientific methods.

In recent years, China’s implementation of the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization (III) has made a series of important progress in improving enterprise’s quality and performance, facilitating sector’s transformation and upgrading, and promoting coordinated development across regions. Based on the assessment data of China’s 150,000 enterprises from 31 provinces and more than 100 subsectors, this paper summarized and analyzed the progress and achievements of III in China from multiple perspectives such as country as a whole, regions, sectors and enterprises. Results show that the overall level of III in China has been improved steadily, with distribution structure evolving from "pyramid-shaped" to "spindle-shaped". Breakthroughs have been made in both vertical and horizontal integration of key sectors, and the imbalanced development among different types of enterprises has been reduced.

In order to adapt to the rapid growth of private flight activities brought by the great development of general aviation and improve the safe and efficient operation of private aviation activities, the characteristics of private flight and pilot was analyzed. Using basic research method of the transaction cost theory and taking the limited rationality and opportunism of human beings as the premise, this paper regarded the transfer and acquisition of the right to fly an civil aircraft between the authorities and pilots as a "transaction" and analyzed how to use civil aviation association to improve the safety operation of private pilot in uncertain environment of transaction. Suggestions for the associations’ management were made as well. The functions of civil aviation associations should include service function, bridge function, self-discipline function and industrial research and policy suggestion function. The modes between authorities and associations should be cooperation and mutual supporting. It showed that the associations would play an irreplaceable role between the authorities and pilots in the policy advocacy, formation of positive flight manner and regulations awareness, communication with private pilots and support for their safe operation. Vigorously developing civil aviation associations will help the authorities to better serve the development of general aviation.

Based on the data onto 2009-2018, this paper measures the international competitiveness of China’s service trade with the help of common trade performance evaluation indexes, constructs the evaluation index system of influencing factors of international competitiveness of service trade with the combination of industrial characteristics and improved "Diamond Model", and then uses the grey correlation analysis method to measure the correlation degree of different influencing factors. The results show that the competitiveness of China’s service trade shows a steady upward trend, but the import-export structure is unreasonable and the deficit is increasing year by year; the export volume of goods, the actual use of foreign capital and the global innovation index have a significant impact on the international competitiveness of China’s service trade. It is suggested to improving the international competitiveness of China’s service trade with the aspects of reducing trade barriers, expanding international market and optimizing industrial structure.
