Abstract

Wireless network is one of the wide areas of interest due to the advanced services they provide. As in the modern era, advanced technologies in wireless network are developing at a rapid rate so it is also necessary to increase the quality & services of them. Recently developed technology like 3G, Wi-Fi, WiMAX, LTE etc are widely used over the world and provides many varieties of services. This paper comparatively analyze the two advanced technology of wireless network: WiMAX and 3G network on the basis of several parameters like energy efficiency, QoS etc to evaluate their performance to find out which networks present the best services and advantages.
