This paper proposes a warning strategy of vehicles' driving safety based on the vehicles networking. Receive the motion information sent from the adjacent vehicles through network and determine the position of the adjacent vehicles relative to the local vehicle when they have a higher speed. The people can use the danger value to evaluate the possibility of vehicle collision. If danger value exceeds the threshold, the warning comes into being. This strategy makes the vehicles acquire adjacent vehicles' information through the network. It has advantages of a wider range and stronger predictability. The warning system for safe driving of vehicles is composed of vehicle-mounted intelligent nodes and servers.
