Taking into account the discussed methods of assessing investment attractiveness, models of social and economic development for various territories are proposed. . Aim. To investigate the impact of methodology for assessing investment attractiveness increase on the formation of a model of socio-economic development of territories. Methodology. The article contains analysis of methods for assessing the investment attractiveness of regions. Results.
