Abstract

Collected the speech signal that mixed with large quantity noise will seriously influence the signal processing and analysis with affected of environment, equipment and voice clarity and so on. Based on wavelet packet and rearrangement distribution of de-noising scheme is raised to the white noise of the speech signal. Simulation results show that this scheme effectively reduce the white noise of the speech signal and obtain satisfied signal spectrum in low SNR.
